Every human being is blessed with an impartial gift of time by the universe. No matter if you are from a different class, culture, or human design type, you get only 24 hours per day.
Time is precious, and as humans, it is important for us to convert it into something valuable and meaningful every day.
Most of us are stuck in a habit of procrastination because we fail to understand that overthinking and analyzing can actually lead to a lot of wasted time. We could have taken solid action and might have seen results already but instead, we procrastinate.
If you are a projector human design type, then you may relate to this concept more because, as non-energy beings, we calculate and overthink every day, even for making small decisions in life.
I was also struggling a lot as an emotional projector to keep my emotions in balance and complete the work every day.
So, here is a quick pattern that you can follow to design your day to maximize the potential results:
Figure Out Your Biological Cycle
Most people still believe that we are supposed to sleep when the sun is down and feel energetic as soon as it rises. It might be true, but with a lot of evolution and genetic changes in the human body, we are not the same anymore as our ancients, who used to follow the lunar and solar cycles intricately.
Figure out whether your energy levels are high in the morning or evening. This will help in organizing and planning your 24 hours better. As projectors, sleep for 10 hours, work for 4 hours, study for 4 hours, do self-care or recreational activities for 4 hours, and meditate for 2 hours.
Religious Morning Routine
As projectors, it might be difficult for you to stick to a morning routine as you keep changing your mind often. Especially emotional projectors and mental projectors find it difficult to follow a constant set of habits every day.
You can choose to empty your mind first thing in the morning by writing down a to-do list. Since there can be fluctuating levels of energy throughout the day, make sure that you handle your tasks by following the Pomodoro time technique.
Try to focus your energy on one task for 25 minutes and get things done throughout the day by following this method. This is one of the tested and true methods for emotional and mental projectors to keep a religious morning routine.
Be Productive When You Are Fully Grounded
Since projectors are constantly required to study different topics every day, you may feel restless and anxious about not completing certain tasks. This can naturally lead to procrastination because of a lack of energy and willpower.
Make sure that you complete tasks when you feel grounded. Set aside a few hours in a day by time blocking and focusing only on the important tasks to increase your productivity. When you have a clear mind, it makes it easy for you to complete tasks.
Take Short Breaks Throughout The Day
Projectors have fluctuating energy levels, which makes it highly important for you to take breaks often. You can try taking midmorning and midafternoon breaks, and even take a nap in the afternoon or later at night.
When you relax and keep your mind and body stress-free, it automatically improves your energy levels, helping you focus on the other task effectively.
Be in the State of Flow
Track the work where you feel a state of flow to find out your purpose. If you are doing a certain task and you are forgetting about the time spent on it, then it means that you are doing something you love.
If you feel exhausted, tired, or unmotivated to complete a certain task, it means that you are not in sync with it. Once you analyze and find out what tasks you like performing, you can do them every day, and if a task is not appealing to you, you can delegate it to improve your productivity.
Go to Bed Early
Going to bed early can also help you create a good morning routine. Make sure that you keep your to-do list, workout clothes, and schedules ready the day before to ease your mornings.
Try to meditate and reduce the use of electronics before bed to get a good night's sleep. If you are nocturnal, you can do this in the morning and set up your afternoon routine too.
Bottom Line
As a projector, having a good morning routine is important to understand when you are highly productive and when your energy levels drop during the day. Based on these criteria, you can create a good routine as soon as you wake up. This will help you organize your day effectively by calculating the tasks on your hands as well as having sufficient energy for fun and play throughout the day.
